Welcome to the umpteenth iteration of my website. When I get a day off, I like to recreate my website and kinda feel like by doing so I recreate myself. The only certainty is life is change. Currently, I live in Salisbury, N.C. in a house on the grounds of Dan Nicholas Park. I step out my backdoor and I am in the park. I now teach social studies to gifted high schools students at Davidson Early College in Lexington, N.C.; it is something that I enjoy more than most of my professional engagements. I am also finishing up my third book; this one is on women in the slave narratives and it shoud be released in Fall of 2006.
